Frank Davies, legal counsel for former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, has issued a scathing rebuttal against the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) following claims that the office has not received any medical report justifying Ofori-Atta's absence from scheduled appearances.
