Security consultant Richard Kumadoe has taken a hard stance on the legal team representing former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta, warning that their approach to the standoff with the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) could carry lasting consequences-both locally and internationally.
Speaking on 3FM's Midday News with Beatrice Adu on June 6, Kumadoe did not hold back as he condemned the lawyers' strategy as a misstep that could have been avoided. "I was thinking they would have met halfway.
Particularly considering the fact that there's bad blood and confrontation between the OSP's office and the lawyer.
They could have prevented this escalation," he stated, suggesting that a more diplomatic approach would have served all parties better.
