Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng has called for the inclusion of the principle of Lifestyle Audit Non-Conviction Asset Recovery in Ghana's constitution.

He is also advocating for its application to both politicians and private individuals suspected of involvement in corrupt practices.

He made these remarks at the High-Level Conference on Ghana's anti-corruption architecture, held under the theme, "Revitalising the Anti-Corruption Architecture in Africa: Ghana's Accountability Journey," in Accra on Friday, June 6.

The forum was organised to review the various institutional frameworks combating corruption and to appropriately address evolving forms of the practice.
