One of the victims of the devastating twin disaster which occurred on June 3, 2015, Solomon Akugru, has been enrolled in the National Apprenticeship Programme under the National Youth Authority (NYA).
His enrollment by the government's agency follows the advocacy and support of notable content creator, Kobby Kyei.
The story of the badly scarred Solomon shared by Kobby Kyei on social media, caught the attention of the public, leading to the intervention by the government.
The enrollment was facilitated by the Chief Executive Officer of the NYA, Osman Ayariga.
