Energy Minister John Abdulai Jinapor has assured that individuals found culpable in the case involving missing containers belonging to the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) will soon be made to face the law.
He gave the assurance during an engagement with the Parliamentary Committee on Energy and ECG officials, where the ongoing investigations into the disappearance of the containers were discussed.
While addressing the matter, the Minister confirmed that some of the containers, which were previously declared missing, have been found at the port.
He noted that investigations are still underway to uncover the full circumstances surrounding their disappearance. "We are taking this matter very seriously.
