The Labour Commission department in the Western Region has cleared KEDA Ghana Ceramics Limited from accused irregularities.

The commission in a statement said KEDA "Have met and complied with all regulations/provision that affects workmen in the company." Their statement follows on the heels of a petition - the contents of which have now turned out to be spurious allegations - filed by a former staff of the company, David Yevugah, who is currently on the run with a police wanted notice hanging around his neck.

But the commission said, "KEDA Ghana Ceramics Limited has not violated the labor law of the country." Read statement below
