Member of Parliament for Sissala West, Mohammed Adams Sukparu, has called on the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to use every available legal means to ensure that former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta is returned to Ghana to face ongoing investigations.

His remarks come in the wake of the OSP's decision on Monday, June 2, to declare Mr.

Ofori-Atta a wanted person after he failed to appear before the office as directed.

The Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng, said the former minister had consistently delayed and evaded proceedings, prompting the renewed declaration.
