The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has re-declared former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta a wanted person after he failed to honour a final summons to appear at the OSP headquarters on Monday, June 2, 2025.

The declaration follows a deadline issued by the OSP, warning that failure to appear would trigger immediate legal consequences, including relisting Mr.

Ofori-Atta as a fugitive from justice and initiating the process for an INTERPOL Red Notice.

According to the OSP, Mr Ofori-Atta's continued absence is obstructing ongoing investigations into alleged corruption and abuse of office during his tenure as Finance Minister.
