Former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta will miss his scheduled appearance before the Special Prosecutor on June 2 due to a sudden turn in his health, according to sources close to him.

His legal team has formally notified both the OSP and the Human Rights Court, submitting medical documentation detailing his current condition and upcoming surgical procedures.

The development comes amid widespread speculation that Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng may reissue a "wanted" notice for Mr.

Ofori-Atta if he fails to honour the scheduled appearance.
