The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has issued a final ultimatum to former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, demanding his personal appearance at its headquarters on Monday, June 2, 2025.

According to the OSP, failure to comply will trigger immediate consequences, including re-listing Mr.

Ofori-Atta as a wanted person and declaring him a fugitive from justice.

The OSP further stated that should he fail to report, it will initiate the process of requesting an INTERPOL Red Notice-effectively making him subject to international arrest and extradition efforts.
