Former Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Creative Arts, Catherine Afeku, has described the 's (NPP) defeat in the 2024 general elections as a tsunami the party did not anticipate.
Speaking in a recent interview on Joy News, she acknowledged the need for humility in accepting the outcome of the elections and urged the NPP to drop the blame game and focus instead on internal unity and reflection. 'I've been through five election cycles, but 2024, the tsunami, we didn't see it coming.
