A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) legal team, Hamza Suhuyini, has alleged that the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, has been a person of interest to state security agencies for over a decade.
Speaking on The Big Issue on Channel One TV on Saturday, May 31, Suhuyini claimed that investigations into Wontumi's activities date as far back as 2010 during the tenure of former Lands and Natural Resources Minister, Inusah Fuseini. "Investigations into the life of Wontumi didn't start today.
