The Ghana cedi is showing signs of improvement against major foreign currencies, according to the latest interbank exchange rates released by the Bank of Ghana.
As of the close of business on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the cedi was trading at a buying rate of ¢10.2749 and a selling rate of ¢10.2851 to the US dollar.
This reflects a relative stability in the local currency after weeks of fluctuations.
Against the British pound, the cedi was buying at ¢13.8289 and selling at ¢13.8438.
