The Ashanti North Regional Police Command has arrested a man identified as Seidu in connection with a recent robbery at Offinso Abofour in the Ashanti Region.
According to a statement from the Ghana Police Service, the suspect was apprehended on May 25, 2025, during a targeted operation.
Preliminary investigations reveal that the robbery led to the theft of an undisclosed quantity of gold and an unspecified amount of cash.
Seidu is currently in police custody and is assisting with ongoing investigations.
