Godfred Yeboah Dame, former Attorney General and lead counsel for the suspended Chief Justice, maintains that the procedures concerning Justice Gertrude Araba Torkornoo's removal are flawed.
He argued that due process and constitutional principles have been disregarded.
He made the remarks while speaking to journalists after the Supreme Court, by a unanimous decision, dismissed the injunction application filed by his client, which sought to have the process halted.
The court had earlier struck out the supplementary affidavit, also by a unanimous decision.
