Veteran Ghanaian journalist and former Chairman of the National Media Commission (NMC), Nana Kwasi Gyan-Apenteng, has passed away in London.
He reportedly died on Monday at the age of 74.
Nana Gyan-Apenteng served as Chairman of the 8th National Media Commission from November 2015 to November 2018, taking over from Ambassador Kabral Blay-Amihere.
He was widely respected in media, communication, and literary circles, with more than four decades of experience as a journalist, editor, writer, teacher, and trainer.
