Karpowership Ghana has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing quality education and gender equality through a strategic engagement with the new leader­ship of the Ghana Commission for UNESCO.This was during a courtesy call on UNESCO Ghana by Karpow­ership, led by Sandra Amartikar Amarquaye, Corporate Commu­nications Manager at Karpower­ship Ghana, alongside her team members Israel Norshie and Jill Donkoh, aimed at strengthening ongoing collaborations.The discussions centered on joint initiatives to mark key global observances such as the Inter­national Day of Education and World Engineering Day, with a focus on empowering the youth through science, technology, engi­neering, and mathematics (STEM).For the past four years, Karpow­ership Ghana had actively part­nered with UNESCO in Ghana to commemorate these important days, using them as platforms to inspire young minds and promote sustainable development goals.These include SDG 4 - Quality Education, and SDG 5 - Gender Equality, which are at the heart of the company's corporate social responsibility agenda."We believe that education and engineering are powerful tools to transform communities and build a sustainable future," said Sandra Amarquaye.
