Member of Parliament for Obuasi West, Hon Kwaku Kwarteng, is of the view that Ghana now needs a radical leader.
According to him, if the country wants to be taken out of the ditch it finds itself in after several years of independence, it will only take people who can disrupt the unhelpful status quo.
