The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has issued a warning to the general public about a fraudulent recruitment notice circulating on social media and various online platforms.
In an official statement released on May 23, 2025, GNFS management clarified that the Service is not conducting any recruitment exercise.
The Service described the circulating notices as false and part of a scam intended to defraud unsuspecting individuals. "The attention of the Ghana National Fire Service has been drawn to a fake recruitment notice.
We wish to emphatically state that GNFS is not recruiting," the statement said.
