The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) has issued a 24-hour weather forecast indicating mostly cloudy conditions and potential rainfall across various parts of the country today, with thunderstorms expected later in the day.
According to the forecast, the southern half of Ghana-including the coastal, forest, and mountainous areas-is expected to wake up to cloudy skies with patches of mist or fog, particularly during the early morning hours.
Isolated rain showers are likely in some coastal and inland locations.
As the day progresses, the southern parts will remain largely cloudy with occasional sunshine.
