A formal complaint filed with the General Legal Council (GLC) is demanding disciplinary action against former Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame, over allegations of professional misconduct in the high-profile criminal trial involving Dr.
Cassiel Ato Forson and others.
The petition, lodged by Ghanaian citizen Daniel Kwame Ofosu-Appiah under Section 18 of the Legal Profession Act, 1960 (Act 32), accuses Mr.
Dame of violating legal ethics by engaging in private communication with Richard Jakpa, the third accused in the case.
