The Member of for North Tongu and Minister of Foreign Affairs, , has taken steps to transform the education landscape by donating 36 brand-new laptops to teachers serving in remote communities in his constituency.
This initiative reflects the legislator's appreciation of the hard work of persons who are committed to teaching in deprived areas.
According to a report from citinewsroom.com, on May 21, 2025, this gesture is part of Ablakwa's mission to uplift students and teachers.
In 2019, he donated 60 laptops, valued at over GH¢100,000, to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) teachers across five Senior High Schools and 55 public Junior High Schools in North Tongu.
