The Chief Executive Officer of the Accra Metropolitan Area (AMA), Michael Kpakpo Allotey, has reaffirmed his commitment to keep the city's roads clean and safe by enforcing discipline on the streets.
Addressing the media in Accra on Tuesday May 20, 2025, he emphasised that his leadership is rooted in action, not on empty promises. "I don't make promises and not stand by them (sic).
Whatever I say, I do it.
This is not a nine-day wonder, we are on the streets to make sure the roads are clear," he remarked.
