The former Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Dr.
Adu Anane Antwi, has been appointed Chairman of the newly reconstituted SEC Governing Board.
The board was officially inaugurated on Monday, May 19, by Finance Minister Dr.
Cassiel Ato Forson, who charged the members to help restore confidence in Ghana's capital markets amid ongoing economic recovery efforts.
