Bawumia, who is continuing his campaign tour in the Greater Accra Region, was in the Weija Constituency on Sunday, and being a day of worship, he paid three congregations, the Holiness Pentecostal Church, New Gbawe, Church of Pentecost, Mandela Assembly, New Weija, Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Jerusalem Assembly and the Church of Pentecost, Kasoa Area, Ayigbe Town.

At the Holiness Pentecostal Church, the Head Pastor prayed for the Lord to "remember his son (Dr.

Bawumia) and let what he has ordained for him come to pass,".

Bawumia underlined the significance of God's will in everything, particularly in his endeavour to seek to lead the country. "Unless the Lord build the house, we will labour in vain.

Bawumia called for prayers for a peaceful election to preserve the serenity of the country. "This election is very important for the future of our country.

But the most important is the peace of this country," he said. "So it is important for all of us to run our campaign in a manner that will preserve the peace of this country.

We also need the prayers of all of you; the pastors and all of you for the peace of this country." "I also request the prayers of all of you, for special favours from the Lord so that victory will be ours, myself and Jerry, the parliamentary candidate."
