Broadcast journalist Gordon Asare-Bediako has sharply criticized Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central, Hon.
Isaac Adongo, following the latter's public comments suggesting the Bank of Ghana (BoG) plans to tighten restrictions on over-the-counter US dollar withdrawals from financial institutions.
Speaking during a radio interview, Mr.
Adongo-who also serves on the board of the BoG-framed the move as part of broader efforts to stabilize the Ghanaian cedi and prevent further depreciation.
