Evangelist Patricia Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has expressed heartfelt thanks to God after President John Dramani Mahama decided not to take disciplinary action against Acting Ghana Gold Board CEO, Sammy Gyamfi, over the latter's dollar gift to her.
The controversy erupted after a video surfaced showing Gyamfi giving an undisclosed amount of money in U.S dollars to Agradaa.
The gesture triggered public backlash and led to a petition to the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ), prompting concerns that Gyamfi could lose his job.
However, President Mahama has resolved the matter, accepting Gyamfi's apology and opting not to pursue further sanctions.
