The private citizen who petitioned the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) over the display of wealth by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Goldbod, Samuel Gyamfi, has withdrawn his request for a probe.
Eric Dumenu Akatsi submitted a request to discontinue the probe in a formal letter today, May 13, 2025. "I am writing to formally withdraw the petition I submitted on 13th May, 2025, with referencenumber 122/12/BL. 12 regarding the instances of corruption against Sammy Gyamfi, CEO of theGhana Good Board.
After careful consideration, I have decided that it is in the best interest towithdraw this petition," he stated. "Accept this letter as formal notice of the withdrawal of the petition.
Cease any further action relatedto the petition.
