President John Mahama has ruled out any further action in the matter involving the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Gold Board, Sammy Gyamfi, who came under public scrutiny for gifting an undisclosed amount of U.S.
dollars to controversial evangelist, Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Agradaa .
Minister of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, conveyed the President's stance during a press briefing on the matter.
According to the Presidency, the matter has been reviewed, and while the conduct raised concerns about perception and propriety, it does not warrant additional punitive measures beyond a formal apology and internal caution.
