The Member of Parliament for South Dayi, Rockson Nelson Dafeamekpor, has filed a defamation lawsuit against his colleague, Rev.
John Ntim Fordjour, MP for Assin South, over a social media post.
The suit stems from a May 8, 2025, post by Rev.
Ntim Fordjour on X (formerly Twitter), alleging that Majority Chief Whip, Rockson Dafeamekpor, then Vice Chair of the Subsidiary Legislation Committee, received GH¢360,000 from former National Signals Bureau boss, Kwabena Adu-Boahene to aid the passage of a Legislative Instrument.
