The Member of Parliament for Bekwai, Ralph Poku-Adusei, has urged President John Dramani Mahama not to overlook the recent controversy surrounding Sammy Gyamfi's dollar gift to controversial priestess turn evangelist, Patricia Asiama, popularly known as Nana Agradaa.

Poku-Adusei emphasised on Citi Eyewitness News on Tuesday, May 13, that while Sammy Gyamfi's contributions to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and his communication skills are commendable, the law should take its course if he has indeed flouted any legal provisions.

He underscored the importance of ensuring accountability, urging the government not to let the matter slide under the guise of justifying the actions of those involved.

Poku-Adusei added that while Gyamfi should be recognized for his accomplishments, it does not excuse him from facing the legal consequences of his actions if he has violated any laws.
