An Accra court has granted bail to Solomon Asamoah, former Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF), in the sum of GHC15 million.
The bail comes with two sureties, who must justify the amount with landed property located in Accra.
Asamoah, the first accused in the case, was arraigned on Wednesday without the second accused, former GIIF Board Chair, Prof.
Christopher Ameyaw-Akumfi, who was reportedly recovering from surgery performed the previous day.
