A medical doctor and member of the 's Communications Team, Dr Ekua Amoakoh, recently engaged in a heated debate over the posting of medical officers in the country.
Dr Amoakoh claimed that medical officers have been left in a state of uncertainty with no clear indication on when they will be posted. "For the first time in years, medical officers have had to wait for one whole year at home with no sign of posting," she wrote on her X page.
Her remarks were met with criticisms from Dr Ntiamoah Mensah, who accused her senior of politicising the matter. "Did that one year start in January?
Please don't politicise the plight of people who are already frustrated," she replied.
