Members of the (NDC) in the Bekwai Constituency have welcomed the nomination of Issaka Salifu as the new Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the Bekwai Municipality.
They expressed their deep appreciation to President John Dramani Mahama.
Gabriel Kofi Asiedu, the Constituency Communication Officer, at a press conference held in Bekwai, described the nomination as a perfect choice that will strengthen governance and fast-track development in the municipality. "We are highly grateful to His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama for nominating a capable and visionary leader like Issaka Salifu," Asiedu said.
He added: "We have no doubt that he will work diligently to address the pressing needs of our people and bring lasting development to Bekwai." The Communication Officer further appealed to residents, opinion leaders, traditional authorities, and particularly members of the NDC, to give their full backing to the nominee.
