Minority Leader in Parliament, Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin, has reported to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service to assist in the investigation of an alleged assault involving him and a police officer during the recent "Save the Judiciary" Demonstration.
According to a statement from the Ghana Police Service, his appearance follows an official request made to the Rt.
Hon.
Speaker of Parliament to release him to assist in the investigation.
