Former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Ing.

Kwabena Agyapong, has advised President John Dramani Mahama to remain focused on doing what is right for the country, despite internal political pressures.

Speaking in a recent interview on Wontumi TV, Agyapong stressed the importance of legacy over loyalty. "As President, it's essential to resist pressures and do what's right," he said, cautioning against being swayed by party loyalists whose interests may not align with the broader national good.

His comments come at a time when the presidency faces public scrutiny over ongoing controversies, including the petition to remove the Chief Justice.
