Executive Director of Africa Education Watch, Kofi Asare, has called on future governments to emulate President John Mahama's 120-day accountability framework, describing it as a positive benchmark for transparency and citizen engagement.
Speaking on Channel One TV on Wednesday, May 7, during a review of President Mahama's first 120 days in office, Mr.
Asare lauded the initiative as a strong demonstration of commitment to action and measurable progress.
His comments come ahead of a national broadcast by the President on the status of his social contract with Ghanaians. "For me, certain targets for citizens to hold you responsible or to hold you to account - the first 120 days is good, and it gives us the feeling that you are going to hit the ground running because even in your first three or four months there are strict targets you set for yourself," he stated.
