A Vice President of Policy Think Tank, IMANI Africa, Kofi Bentil, has expressed his disappointment is the decision to adjourn the ruling on their case on appointments of heads of uniformed security services.
According to him, the court had already finished dealing with the case, and all that was left was a ruling.
