Former Ghanaian hiplife artiste turned gospel minister, Yaw Siki, has opened up about the dark chapters of his past, sharing how his previous lifestyle was filled with substance abuse, sexual immorality, and personal struggles before he surrendered his life to Christ.
In an honest and unfiltered interview with media personality DrPounds on Pounds TV, the one-time hitmaker of 'Wope Dodo' revealed that before his transformation, his lifestyle was far from godly. "I used to chop ashawo and I was addicted to porno," he said bluntly, explaining how his constant engagement with pornography eventually led to chronic masturbation.He recalled that during those days, he frequently slept with prostitutes and spent a significant amount of time watching adult content. "At a point, I wanted to sleep with girls but I wasn't getting them like that, and that's what led me to become a chronic masturbator," he added.
Yaw Siki also shared how substance use was a big part of his lifestyle during his music career.
According to him, he started drinking at a very young age, even before reaching junior high school, and by the time he was in senior high, he had picked up smoking as well. "Yoo, I was a heavy drinker.
