President John Dramani Mahama is set to address the nation today, May 7, 2025, to provide an update on the progress made in fulfilling the 120-day social contract his administration committed to upon assuming office.
The address, which marks exactly 120 days since his swearing-in on January 7, 2025, will outline the status of key promises made in the National Democratic Congress' (NDC) 2024 manifesto.
It will cover achievements, ongoing initiatives, and timelines for yet-to-be-completed commitments.
So far, the government has delivered on 19 of the outlined promises, with two currently in progress.
