Plaintiff and Member of Parliament for Old Tafo, Ekow Vincent Assafuah, has signaled his intention to seek a review of the Supreme Court's ruling which dismissed his application to halt proceedings related to the potential removal of Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo.
Speaking on Channel One Newsroom on Tuesday, May 6, Mr.
Assafuah said he is awaiting the Court's full reasoning, expected on May 21, before making a final decision on whether to proceed. "The Supreme Court has spoken.
The Supreme Court says that on the 21st of May, the reasoning behind their ruling will be finally made available to us.
