The Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC, has vowed to confront former presidential candidate aspirant "with his blood." The two outspoken politicians clashed during the party's ongoing nationwide "Thank You Tour" on Monday, April 28, 2025.

The altercation erupted after Abronye addressed party supporters at the event.
During his speech, Abronye raised critical issues he believed the party needed to address, including accusations that had been made against him.
