Salam Mustapha, the National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has dismissed concerns that Kennedy Agyapong's pullout from the party's "Thank You" tour will disrupt its progress.

Speaking on Channel One Newsroom on Saturday, May 3, Mustapha confirmed that the tour is continuing smoothly despite the internal disagreements within the party.

Responding to host Umaru Sanda Amadu's question about Agyapong's exit, Mustapha emphasized that the tour remains unaffected, stating, "It was an open invitation and you are at liberty to accept or otherwise." He went on to highlight that the Flagbearer has continued the tour, with visits to Bono East and Savannah, and affirmed that the programme has been running seamlessly across all regions. "It's been flowing and everywhere we've gone, the programme has run seamlessly," Mustapha added.
