The Public Relations Officer for the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), Henrietta Afia Konadu Aboagye, has cautioned traders at Adum Bluelight against rebuilding their fire-damaged shops without supervision.
This warning comes as traders have begun reconstruction work on major buildings in the central business district affected by the recent fire outbreak.
Speaking on Channel One TV's Breakfast Daily on Friday, May 2, Ms.
Aboagye emphasised that the buildings are structurally unsafe due to the fire damage and will eventually be demolished and rebuilt by the assembly.
