Special Aide to Ghana's President, Joyce Bawa Mogtari has reacted to claims that John Dramani Mahama wants the constitution amended so that he can contest for a third term.
Although she was not direct on whether it was true or not, she described the claims as laughable.
To Joyce Bawa this is propaganda by the opposition political party which has nothing good for the people of Ghana so have had to resort to lies.
