The Member of Parliament for Oforikrom, Michael Kwasi Aidoo, has urged Parliament to investigate allegations leveled against the Attorney General by Gomoa Central Member of Parliament, Kwame Asare Obeng ().
In a Facebook post, he argued that is no longer just a citizen but a Member of Parliament, indicating that the allegations of corruption against the venerable Attorney General holds some weight and must not be left unattended.
He also called on the president to initiate a comprehensive and independent investigation into these allegations against the Attorney General as soon as possible.
Michael Aidoo cited the decision by to investigate his appointee when allegations of corruption were leveled against them as the basis for his calls on the president.
