Kwame Asare Obeng, popularly known as , the Member of for Gomoa Central, has accused the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Dr Dominic Ayine, of bribery and corruption.
According to , the minister allegedly sought an amount of GH¢500,000 to bribe the Appointment Committee of .
His accusation followed a rebuttal by Dr Ayine during a press conference on April 30, 2025, where he denied initial allegations made by concerning corruption-related matters.
