Tensions within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) are flaring as Chairman Kwadwo Boateng Agyemang issues a stern warning to the party's leadership over any plans to readmit former stalwart Alan Kyerematen.
In a fiery outburst, Agyemang declared he would resist any attempt to welcome the former Trade Minister back into the party, insisting that doing so would be a betrayal of loyal members. "I swear I don't think he would come.
If the party agrees to accept him, we would mobilize our forces and fight against the party," Agyemang stated, making his opposition unmistakably clear.
Kyerematen, who broke away from the NPP to form his own political movement ahead of the 2024 general elections, has remained a controversial figure within the party since his exit.
