An alleged accomplice of notorious armed robber Ataa Ayi, Yaw Asante Agyeman, is set to appear in court on June 5, 2025, to hear the judgement on his case.
According to a report by MyNewsGh.com on April 28, 2025 the Court of Appeal has set June 5, 2025 to deliver its ruling.
The judgement will determine whether Agyeman's conviction will stand or if his sentence will be reduced.
Yaw Asante Agyeman, a mechanic, was sentenced to 35 years in prison in December 2002 for conspiracy to commit robbery.
