Former vice presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mathew Opoku Prempeh, has noticed that the absence of the NPP from power has already been felt in the last three months. "I pointed out that the absence of the NPP has already been felt by the people of Ghana, and the only obstacle to our success would be internal division.

A fragmented party, no matter how strong its Flagbearer, stands no chance of winning elections." According to him, it is clear that the development of Ghana lies in the hands of the NPP.

However, the only obstacle to the party's success would be internal division.

He is of the view that a fragmented party, no matter how strong its Flagbearer, stands no chance of winning elections.
